I have been diagnosed in the UK with a degenerative back condition which has caused me great pain. I chose to go private, paid for my MRI and sought treatment. NEVER ONCE has ANY dr here EVER even SUGGESTED more than paracetamol (Tylenol) and/or ibuprofen (Advil). I immigrated here in 2019 and truly believe the pharmaceutical companies and lack of free basic healthcare is responsible for America’s issues with pills. God bless and amen. 🇬🇧

Watching this in 2024… wondering if it’s still that easy to get pills today with electronic medical records having taken over. I imagine there are still docs getting away with it but people with legitimate pain can’t even get prescribed pills at this point
